A3 Gouache & foam painting 2022.

Within this series I set out to create three illustrations that looked like they belonged in a storybook. I focused on the characters and their interaction with their environments. These pieces were made with cut out sections of paper painted in gouache. Each layer was placed with different thicknesses of foam underneath so there is separation and dimension between elements.
